Each individual may hold only one fantasy ph account. Duplicate accounts, whether intentional or accidental, may be merged, suspended, or closed. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited where those accounts are found to have been used to circumvent betting limits, bonus conditions, or responsible gaming restrictions.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information fantasy ph reasonably requests. This information must be kept up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

4. Account Security

10. Account Suspension and Closure

- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or regulatory non-compliance.

Accounts closed due to proven breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct are not entitled to return of any balance associated with that conduct.
